Warranty service rules

  1. WARRANTY REPAIRS AND SERVICING
During the warranty period, the Buyer is entitled to free repair or replacement of the desktop computer components.

Warranty service shall be provided only upon presentation of a document confirming the purchase of the desktop computer, i.e. invoice, receipt, or warranty card.

For warranty servicing, the desktop computer must be delivered in the original packaging sent by the Company.

Warranty service will not be provided free of charge if the faults are caused by the following reasons:
  • Mechanical damage or signs of ripping;
  • Repairs not carried out by UAB "Qbuild";
  • Improper earthing and voltage fluctuations;
  • The computer has been used under unsuitable environmental conditions;
  • Foreign objects, materials, liquids, bugs, etc. have entered the interior of the computer;
  • Fire, natural disasters, and other domestic factors;
  • Use of telecommunication or power supply networks that do not comply with national standards;
  • Use of non-certified software;
  • Viruses;
  • Computer misuse.
The warranty does not apply to information stored on computer hardware storage devices and software.

The warranty from UAB Qbuild does not apply if the defect or defects in the goods are discovered by the Buyer after the signing of the handover-acceptance document. In such a case, the quality guarantee shall only apply in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  1. WARRANTY PERIODS AND PRICES
The warranty service shall be provided free of charge for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase of the desktop computer.

After the expiry of the warranty period, the Buyer may enter into a separate agreement with the Seller to extend the warranty period at an additional cost.
