The best games of the Xbox Games Showcase, Playstation 5 with PS3 games and Elon Musk's supercomputer
From the best upcoming Xbox games showcased at the Games Showcase to the possible update of the Playstation 5 to play Playstation 3 games, to the whims of multi-billionaire Elon Musk to build a supercomputer - all this and more in the latest episode of Technology.
Even though it's halfway through the year, there are still games to look forward to. Xbox has unveiled the most anticipated games coming to the console later this year at its Games Showcase.
The main and most anticipated game for most is probably Assassins Creed Shadows, which will be released on 15 November this year. Set in 16th-century Japan, it will take players to the Samurai universe, where spectacular battles as well as changing seasons await.
The second Xbox surprise is Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. Here, players will be able to feel like true adventurers as they embark on a spectacular journey through the Himalayas in search of hidden treasure.
Of course, the upcoming games include the release of Call of Duty Black Ops 6, and three new Xbox Series X|S console choices, which will vary in design and storage size.
Jumping from one console giant to another, PlayStation has announced that a direct add-on is in the pipeline to allow the latest generation console to play Playstation 3 games.
Fans of classic games will be able to enjoy legendary titles only available on PS3 consoles. However, it is also important to note that the games will not be remastered, so the graphics and mechanics will remain the same.
However, it is not yet clear what other improvements the PS3 games will have. All that is known is that they will be available for purchase and download for all PS5 owners, regardless of whether you are a PlayStation Plus Premium holder.
Moving from the console giants to the world's richest people, Elon Musk, owner of SpaceX and X (formerly Twitter), is preparing to build his own supercomputer.
The multi-billionaire plans to use market leaders Nvidia, Dell, and Supermicro to build an unprecedented computer that will fully power the Gronk artificial intelligence he is developing.
All three computer parts companies will contribute in different ways to the most important parts of the computer. The supercomputer itself is expected to cost around $9 billion and is expected to be ready by autumn next year.
